Default Ambient Lighting?

Is it worth it? Does anyone have pics with them on at night. Also some pics of the outside in would be nice. Thanks. Also is there a way to install them after?

Basically, put up some christmas lights in your car and have a button change the colors on them.

That's about all ambient lighting is.

It's not very bright at all, and I think it looks pretty dumb, especially the cupholder lighting. You're better off putting different LEDs in the maplights

it's neat for a little bit, can cycle through a bunch of colors. cupholder lining, front and rear footwells light up. the button is on the right side of the cupholders so it gives the passenger something to do. the red and dark blue look pretty neat but I've had it just completely off lately.

I don't think it's something to actively search for or go for, it came with the car that I wanted so I took it.

I added the blue LED's in mine to match my gauges -- BRIGHT is all I can say... way more blue then what I thought it would be

just did this for ya. there's a couple other vids on youtube but they suck

the footwells don't show up on the video (when the screen goes black), they're a bit weaker but you can see them pretty easily in person

as for from the outside looking in, the only thing you'll be able to see is the cupholder light, and good luck with that if the windows are tinted
