Hey my ride is non-lowered and I don't think I'll be lowering it ever.
1. Will 305/45/18 Nitto 555Rs fit on 18x10 Bullitts? If so I imagine the speedo would be off, what revs/mile would you use in the xCal 2 to fix this.
2. Is there any difference between the American Racing Bullitts and the Replica ones on Lethal Performance>
3. 07+ Guys, how are you guys dealing with TPMS and new wheels? If you installed a set of sensors on your new wheels how did you reprogram.

Discount tire put on a new set of bands for my tpms and swapped the sensors over for me. They have a calibration tool to reset the tpms for you. Mine work great and have no issues.

700 REVS PER MILE
Thats pretty wide for 10" wide rims.
Those are some pretty steep tires.
It will be killer slow out of the hole
unless you got some gears in the rear.

Not sure they actually need reprogramming. They are in fact already programmed if they
are the OEMs that came with your stang.
3) I just installed new wheels and tires. I bought the TPMS band kits from American Muscle; 1 kit/tire at ~$16.99/kit. You'll need to have your old tires broken down from the rims to remove the sensors and have the shop install the new bands and brackets and your old sensors. I had mine done at the Ford dealership (cheapest price in town, believe it or not) and they reset the sensors. They claim that sometimes they have to, sometimes not. Depends on the proximity of the sensors to the car when they do the work, I think.

Not sure where you're getting your numbers. If you're going by a calculator, you can't do that because every company's tire sizes are a bit different. According to Nitto, the Revs per mile is 722. The approved wheels size is 9.5"-11". I would say 9.5" would buldge out, but 10" will be fine. In fact, that's the recommended wheel size from Nitto. I've seen other run this size without problem, as well.

Probably 1.8 or 1.7. Possibly 1.6 if you work real hard at it. Haven't heard of any lower out of the Nittos.
It's not that Nitto uses a different scale. But tires just seem to vary by manufacturer. Just like shoe sizes. M&H, for example, runs very small. Their 325 is perfect for a 10" wheel, where as most companies you would want 11".

Or maybe they use some factor to compensate for the difference in loaded and unloaded diameter when they calculate their revs per mile, like the rest of the world's tire manufacturers. 63360/90.5 = 700.1 revs per mile. 100% correct math, but will give you an incorrect speedo, because rolling circumference when it's actually on the car is a few inches less than 90.5.
