Default Where to buy 18x10 Chrome Bullits???

I want to put on a wide/tall tire in the rear, like a 295/45ZR-18 (e.g., Nitto 555 or Goodyear Eagle F1 GS), but I need a 10" wide rim. I have been scouring the web and reading the posts here, and I can't seem to find 18x10 chrome Bullits to fit the 05 (i.e, with the correct offset/backspacing). I see lots of 18x9, 17x9, etc. -- but not 18x10? Any suggestions Stang fans?

Thank in advance.

Default RE: Where to buy 18x10 Chrome Bullits???

disco... I appreciate the help, but I looked at that page, too. Those don't appear to be the correct wheels for an '05. Unless I'm mistaken (and someone please correct me if I am), the offset listed (+22mm) is for the 2004 and older models. The 2005 needs an offset in the 40mm (+/-) range. I have seen pics of some 2005s with wheels having the 22-25mm offsets, and I don't really like the way they "stick out" too much.

That's why in my original post, I noted that I am looking for wheels with the correct offset/backspacing.

BTW, when you go to http://crossroadzdirect.com/, click on the link on the left for "2005 Mustangs", then click the Bullit links. They show the following, but no 18x10.

Thanks again...

Guys:

I am positive that CrossRoadzDirect.com sells the 18X10" Chrome Bullit Wheel but by the natural of the 10" width, there will be an (out of the fender) experience to a small degree...

The "Gallery" on the CrossRoadzDirect web sit shows a black Mustang with 10" Chrome Bullits on the back... They look awesome...

YOU JUDGE!!!

Best of Luck, but I have learned that if you want your wheels to match - BUY THEM ALL FROM THE SOME MANUFACTURER...

DON'T TAKE CHANCES BY MIXING AND MATCHING...

Read this:

SIZE AND SPECIFICATIONS: The front wheels are 18x9 with a 5.95" backspace (+24mm offset) and the rear are 18x10 with a 6.3" backspace (+22mm offset). The lug pattern is 5x4.5 (114.3mm).

I wish I could find the pictures you are talking about. The only thing I see in the Gallery is "Chris & Karen Mills. 2005 Black GT with new 18x9 Chrome Bullitts with +24mm Offset!"

The "Bullitt" style is actually a rip off of the ORIGINAL bullitt car's wheels.

Those wheels were made by American Racing in the late 60's for Steve McQueen in his movie "Bullitt."

I like the old style, so that's what I have.

I am inserting photos of my real Bullitt wheels - which are Amercian Racing Torque Thrust Classics.

American Racing also makes the Torque Thrust II which is the same wheel but all Chrome.

You can view their website at http://www.americanracing.com Click on vintage cars and you'll see the ones you're looking for.

They will be more expensive than the others available.

My offset in the photos below is 40mm. However American Racing messed up and they SHOULD be 45mm. American racing is replacing my wheels with the correct offset. If you look closely the wheels stick out just a hair in the photos. I hate that look.

Here's the photos of mine:
