So is it ok to go WOT when driving, just not off the line? I'm confused. Should I not go about a certain RPM?

Heat cycle = completely cold drivetrain(ambient temp)--> driveto normaloperating temp (engine, trans, andrear end)--> back to completely cold again.

Each cycle is mixed city highway driving with no hard launches and normal shifts (if manual).

I you get the install done and drive 500 miles then go home you have done 1 heat cycle and your gears will needa lotmore breaking inbefore they can take 5k lauches.

Alright, thanks. That cleared most of it up. During driving, though, not a dead stop launch, should I not step on it?
