Noise after hitting curb

If running over a 6" high curb at 5MPH causes damage, there
would be a lot of damaged Mustangs out there.
I tried to go 5 MPH today and thats like creeping.

Don't feel bad I hit a curb at like 45mph.. I'm sure everything will work out fine
