Default garmin power plug + mustang power outlet = wtf?

Has anyone else had problems with the fitment of Garmin power plugs in the s197?
Tried both of them, and it only stays on at certain awkward angles.

Wondering if this is a common thing or I got a bad power adapter.
If common, which adapter have you gotten that fits well and powers garmin nuvi units?

Thanks.

I have a Garmin Nuvi and dont have any issues either. Probably a problem with your plug, not the power point

Did you use the plastic adapter that came with the power plug?

Just like the others, my Garmin Nuvi plug works just fine in both of the 12v outlets in my Mustang.
