I called the shops listed and was told no. They were scared to mess up the hood. Any other shops? Has any one had theres done at a local shop? Or do most people do them at home? I wouldnt even know how to begin to do it......

My hood pins actually have intructions and templates.

Well, if it were me and I had templates and everything, I'd do it myself. But then again, I took a jigsaw to my hood and cut a vent hole in it, so I'm not shy, lol. My next suggestion would be a body shop. You may want to consider doing it yourself though. The hood is aluminum so its not hard to drill holes in it...

When you first posted up that none of the shops would do the work, I was really suprised as I was the one who recommended Clark Brothers. Those guys are so good, a small job like installing hood pins shouldn't phase them. I'm glad they're gonna help you out. They do quality work! While your there, ask to look at their race car.

So i just got back from clark brothers and after they looked at it they decided not to do it. He said it would take some time and since its an after market hood he wasnt to sure and didnt want to risk and have it look bad or mess anything up : (

I think im gonna give up on the hood pins.......
