Call Heritage Customs in Grand Prarie, Texas. There website is down so you will have to call them at (972) 606-2502; ask for Ryan Davis; they do great work and are reasonably priced. They sell parts and do installs on everything from exterior parts, suspionsion, interior upgrades.
I take my car to Lone Star Performance over in Garland their number is 972-205-9100. Now I am not 100% sure they will do it but they have done everything I have ever asked them to do on my car and they are really reasonably priced. I did it myself and it is kind of intimidating to drill into your hood. If you have an aftermearket especially since you have to deal with the scoops. etc.... I looked at some how tos on this site and took my time but then again I dont really care to much and once I started drilling them pins they were going to fit if the hole needed to be as big as a basketball hoop.. I had much more patience when I worked on my dirtbikes back in the days, cars kind of frustrate me...
I highly recommend Clark Brothers Paint and Body in Arlington off of Pioneer Parkway. These guys are tops. They do a lot of custom work. They did some work on a cowl hood for me. Talk to Scott or Eric Clark. (817) 860-0183.
Wow look at all the DFW people. OT for a second: Are there any decent Mustang clubs in the DFW area?
Yes, there is the NTMC (North Texas Mustang Club). You can visit at http://www.ntmc.org. They have members of all ages and you get really nice discounts at area dealerships and specialty shops.
