Default any ways i can tell an sn197 bullitt rim from a new edge bullet rim?

Hi my name is jay this is usually not my posting section but i need some help from you s197 owners. theres a set of bullitt rims for sale in my area, they were on a 65 mustang. The owner bought the car with the rims on it, he doesnt know if they came off a s197 or New edge. is there any way that i can tell? i have collected the following numbers from the rim itself. (Ford symbol) followed by 3R33-1097-RA, HT1557, and SID17-8J. I hope someone can help me out, thanks jay. I know the backspacing is different between the model years, if the numbers dont do anything is there any way i can tell by bolting them on, rubbing etc.? i would be boulting these on a 95 gt, also the current tire size is 245-45-17

Backspacing on the FRPP 18" Bullitt9new edge) is 6.82(about 6 3/4" to 7/8").The 17" Bullitt(standard flange) is 6.295".If the backspacing on the rims your looking at about 6.1" you should be good to go.Best thing to do is a test fit up front and make sure the rim clears all the suspension and front end components.
The backspacing on the 95 GT wheels are 5.7" with a 30mm offset. You could run a 225-40-18" tire and have the same overall diameter as your 245/45/17's.Plus the 18" tire size I posted will fit a 7-8.5" rim width.
