I use valvoline since my first change and keep using it and its great!

I'd use pennzoil platinum if I was forced to use something the local autozone carried but I don't see a problem with running ANY oil out to 5k miles, syn or non.

And yeah, nice avatar Victoria. Are there more pics? I'm being a lech, but it's the internet wth. I may be swayed by a beautiful hispanic woman though.. serious weakness on my part lol.

I put full synth penzoil in last time. Before that I used royal purple and ran that out to 12k miles. Ran perfrectly fine on the RP.

i like pennzoil platinum......mobil 1....valvoline.....i switch it up, but my car has 9k miles.....so, i change fairly often for the hell of it. i get bored if i don't use my lift.lol

I think if I was racing I would spend more on my oil. Im fine with spending 30 to change the oil on my car, but not much more... For a change of mobil 1 its 26 for 5 qts and 5 for the single quart and 3 dollars for the filter.

i just changed my oil and used castrol fully synthetic. The autozone here had a special for 5 quarts and an KN oil filter for $24.99.

I couldnt justify spending another $15 on mobile 1.
