Default limp mode... help please

so im driving on the interstate in 5th and start to pull up a hill and the car dies. says failsafe mode on my dash but no check engine lights or anything. wouldnt crank. i wait and scan it with my sct and get nothing. it cranked up after about 5 min and i was able to drive it home but i noticed it was taking a while to get the car reved up. my buddy has a generic obd 2 scanner and he scanned the car. it threw 4 pending codes even though there was still no cel's or anything. the codes are
p0446-Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit
p061B-torq calculation performance
p151A-cmcv delete plates
p2106-Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power

i found what the codes mean but i dont know how to fix them. anyone have any insight? thanks in advance.

i should add that i have been running my bamachips tune for about a year now and never had problems.

thanks

Sounds like the evap canister needs to be replaced according to the guy who replaced his himself. Its probably either plugged or the solenoid is bad.
