I have made a few. I have a roll of the trunk liner material at the house. I have used plastic cardboard. Nice and light plus its water proof. Or go to home Depot and get a precut 2x4 panel like like mdf but its 1/8 or 3/6 inch. Cut shape. Pad your board. If you are appling a shape to the board trim pad behind that area before covering to "set" image or letter in the material.
