Yeah, it's not in most people's mind. I didn't even think about it on mine until I went online to get all the filters for our vehicles and it popped up on the list for my 08. The next thing was finding it. Owners manual mentions it but doesn't say where it's at.

Any ways, it takes about 5 minutes to replace. You may also want to check the drain hole at the bottom of the "pit" that is uncovered by the cowl cover as you replace the cabin air filter. Some people have had leaves clog the hole and end up with water getting into the passenger compartment when it overflows that pit.

i did mine a couple weeks ago. put your windshield wipers up half when you do this. it actually does fix the musty air problem and takes 5 minutes to do.
