I just installed SS brake line a couple weeks ago. I would recommend you get some speed bleeders as it will make the job a lot easier. One bit of advice is do not over tighten the bleeder screws or you will strip them and need a whole new caliper. Believe me I know They require only 89in/lbs to tighten. Overall the job was very easy with the speed bleeders. Also like others mentioned don't let the brake fluid reservoir go empty. I used ATE Super Blue brake fluid and the Goodridge G-Stop Brakeline Kit from tirerack.com. I also installed new rotors and hawk pads at the same time. Braking improved significantly.

Good lordy people, brakes are not the one place you want to LEARN something for the first time. It looks like you got a good tutorial and I'm sure once you go throught he process you'll realize it's like riding a bike. It's not that hard but if you had to write out all the instructions, it would be rather intimidating.
Anyways, you do NOT want dot 5 brake fluid in your system. It's not compatible with Dot 3 or Dot 4 which are compatible with each other. BTW I would recommed Dot 4 since you're going to be putting a lot of new fluid in. It has a higher boiling point which means your brakes will resist fading a little better.
Ok so I know how to bleed brakes but I'm doing SS lines as well. So what do you do? Just take off the old line and quickly hook up the new and bleed like normal?
I forgot to ask. As for replacing the the lines with SS lines do I replace all of them and then bleed or bleed them as I go? I know this isn't rocket science but I never done this process before so I don't want to fudge anything up. Thanks for the help.
Ok so I installed SS lines, Hawk street pads, slotted rotors and speed bleeders. Bleed the lines, ever went empty on the brake fluid and when I went for the test run the pedal felt very soft and had some travel to it. Still had press but it wasn't hard like I thought it was going to be. Cars stops so the brakes are working, I didn't do any hard, hard braking to check ABS. I did the brake in like it says to on the box. Is this normal? Well the pedal harden up after braking in a bit? Do I need to rebleed the lines? I checked for leaks when I got back to the house and nothing was leaking and I was still full on fluid. Any help welcome.
Sounds like you have air in the system.......have you pumped the brakes while rolling in reverse? Re-bleed and then allow the car to roll down the driveway and pump the brakes slowly and fully depress the pedal each time.....you should feel them rise if the system is bled properly.

Well brakes are fixed, the hard way. Did everything right but I just had to have speed bleeders. Take note:"just because the screw fits, doesn't mean it's the right one.". I am now the owner of a totally new brake system thanks to me stripping out the bleeders on the caliper. Bleeders went in hand tight just fine but they were the wrong ones so they messed up all 4 calipers. Good news is the guy at the brake shop felt bad for me and did the work for under half of what it would normally coast. So lessons learned. Now I just have to adjust my e-brake a bit.
