What about the rear?

Hello,

I opened this thread to speak about the new 2010 Mustang GT rear.
Am I the one and only who think that is ugly? It's futuristic. The rear of the GT500 is really nice but, yeah the one of the GT is strange, I prefer the 05-09 rear and you?? you see what i mean??

The 2010's look like they're trying to blend SN95 styling back in.

everything is nice, except the black on the bottom of the bumper. if the black plastic was about half the size like the GT/CS or GT500, that would be awesome. but overall i like the new style.

Don't like the rear, don't like the black plastic rocker panel along the bottem.

I like the new front's, but I like the rear of the 05-09's better. I don't like the way the 2010's slant in.

The new back is just plain ugly. The way the section of the trunk between the taillights curves inward versus the straight edge of the taillights looks especially terrible. The Camaro looks worse though.

Yeah, I'm with you. The front is awesome (looks like a shark with it)! but the rear must be review and yeah, the camaro styling is the worst of all.

I seen the new SS at the mall and it looks really good in person. The back is not as bad it looks lol..

I'm very curious to see what the aftermarket world has in store to change the rear of the stang. I was hoping that there would already be a lot of new rear facias by now. So far I have only seen the one from Roush, and the drawing of what the one from SMS will look like.

As for the camaro I think the rear looks good, but it's the front that I don't like. I'm starting to see them everywhere now.
