i rather not have adjustable i dont wanna deal with that really i dont race or anything. now for the d specs is it just shocks and struts or what?
D-specs are just shocks and struts. Specifically, they are Tokico's better offerings. Newer and better than Tokico's Illumina (also adjustable) or HP (non-adjustable, aka "blues") models.
Even if you don't race, adjustables may provide you with some useful benefits. If you're fussy, you can tweak them in the beginning and then forget about them for thousands of miles. Start full soft and stiffen (there is a pretty simple Koni shock tuning guide floating around that would be a good guideline). When they start softening up on you due to age and use, you can crank the stiffness up to recover at least some of their performance (assuming that you didn't max the stiffness in the beginning).

now im thinking blistin shocks and struts but on maximum motorsports there like 700 bucks and the d specs are 550 so maybe ill go with the d specs, which is better anyway? then ill get some springs that lower about an inch or a little more. where is some good sites to get suspensions parts guys please help im lost in this area?

Sway bars are the biggest bang for your buck in terms of suspension. It's also an easy, do-it-yourself installation. I just finished installing Eibach front and rear sway bars from American Muscle for $338. Steeda also has a good price on front/rear sway bars for $400. In my opinion, it was a dramatic difference in handling. I'd say it's one of the best things I've ever done to my Mustang.
I'd add the sway bars and then see what you think. It might be all a street driven Mustang needs. My car is handling so well with wider tires and sway bars that I'll probably hold off on shocks/struts for another year or so.

Steeda Sport (200 lb / 175 lb) 1.0"f/1.25"r which Ive seen for under $200 shipped.
Vogtland 953094 (250 lb / 225 lb) which will be listed as either the "GT Leveling" or "GT500 Kit" but its the same kit. It just drops the nose less on the lighter GT. It drops the the front 0.8" and the rear 1.2" on the GT. Thats around $240 from various places. You might find them cheaper. Vogtland makes really nice stuff.
If non-adjustable is what you want go with the Koni STR.T. $365 Shipped from numerous venders on ebay. Good shocks and a lifetime warranty that they actually honor. I suspect they would be better matched to the Steedas.
