Default Pulled a P0171 code day after cam install

well I went out to look for any vacuum leaks because my car is idling so low and could not see or hear any but while the car was idling it pulled a P0171 CEL...did a little researching and it is a LEAN code for cylinder bank 1. Caused by a dirty MAF, vacuum leak, egr not closing properly, etc...has anybody experienced this after a cam install and what do I need to do
