Two more questions. Are the Ford Racing s/c and Whipple s/c the same thing? Second, my car is automatic will the supercharger work/fit?

yes, they are the same. and it will work w/ auto.

It'll work regardless of the "Fits 2005-2006 Mustang GT with MANUAL transmission." on the Ford Racing website? I was talking about the 550hp FR s/c.

If you want to compare th etop of the line models Roush (TVS) and whipple (3.1) I would do the whipple all day long.
