I ordered a set of 7 spoke black saleens in the middle of june from cruizinconcepts.com, they told me then 3-5 weeks. called today, 2-4 weeks. Anyone ordered these rims? Are they happy with the final product?
a rep told me they weigh 29 pound or something like that, which i believe is lighter than stock. I'm looking forward to receiving them if and when i do, but if someone has some experience with the rims please let me know. I want to know if i should cancel my order and look for something different. I was hoping to get them in by the end of the summer, but it looks like this is gonna be a seriously pre-ordered christmas present.

I gave up on these wheels long ago. They even said they had some in stock about the time you ordered them unless they had sold out...funny,I havn't seen a set on any s-197 yet.Summer is almost over you should get a different set while the sun is still out.
I think i'll just wait for a little bit longer. If i dont get them by September then i'll just wait on rims til next summer, and i probably wont go through cruizin concepts. I might just look for some used saleenwheels or maybe find those "dark horse" rims. Those look nice. I really wanted a better tire though.

personally I would cancel the order from Cruizinconcepts. I ordered my rims from them and they kept having to change my order since they were always out of stock on my rims that I wanted. Then I finally got them and my Nitto Invos were out of balance and round. Still trying to get that issue fixed and its been a few months already. I would order from American Muscle or from http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Mustang-Wheels/c255733/ these guys. They have really cheap prices and are the same rims that I got from cruizinconcepts.
im up here in the bay area. all this thinking is making me want to save the several hundred dollars on my rims and just pick up a paxton supercharger
