No, I don't. The AM tunes are not up to par with those from Brenspeed and Bama.

Bama and Brenspeed create custom tunes for your car based in info you supply. They are much better than cookie-cutter tunes.

def get a cai and tuner compo from brenspeed or bama def worth the money, or if you look in the classified you can find a used cai and then just buy the tuner from brenspeed and your good to go and you will save some cash that way

How about which one to get? Does it matter as long as it's a name brand air intake. I am looking to get one myself and see little difference between them but one says xx HP and another yy HP.

cplayero8o2 you may have the same question.

Bama

Brenspeed added plus, Brenspeed provides a new tune, when you buy a part from them that needs a tune.

after reading up on the subject.. i've learned couple of things...

the sf3 comes preloaded with 3 tunes, and we can store 3 custom tunes on it, (so the americanmuscle link has the btter advantage, because of the sf3).

the x3, it doesnt come with preloaded tunes, and we can only store 3 custom tunes.

as far as the cai, the jlt from americanmuscle doesnt require a tune (for the best of my knowledge), while the one from brenspeed and bama does require a tune.

according to you guys if i'm not mistaking, i should go with the cai that requires a tune, so the one from brenspeed or bama.

this is the bama one

brenspeed

http://www.brenspeed.com/3000jlt1.html

american muscle

http://www.americanmuscle.com/jlt-sct-0509gt-kit.html

the one from american muscle was originally higher in price than the combos from bama and brenspeed..

correct me if i was wrong (in the first couple of paragraphs)..

and thanks in advance...

PS thanks AK_Kayaker for the links.
