Default Fuse 16 blown need help

my number 16 fuse is blown and when i replaced it blew right away. I looked for a wiring schematic in chiltons repair manual and cant find it. I have the shaker 500 system and the fuse 16 is labeled for front amplifier according to the owners manual...can someone tell me where thats at or how to fix the problem?

I believe you can find the shop manual here: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=1

You'll need to dig for the info on that fuse. What is it that's not working with that fuse blown? I don't have my OM handy.

The front sub amps are up under the A pillars on the kick panels right and left...
As it there are 2 of them...

Would that be F16 in the BEC under the hood or F16 in the SJB under the kick panel?
