i would go with the tried and true CAI like JLT, C&L, or Steeda. you know what those will do. the Injen wont get you more than that. i would go with JLT, its cheap, easy install, top hp/tq gains. too many problems come from wanting to get something new and different, when you can get something you know works well.

The Injen is not one of the more popular CAI's on the forum. If you're truly interested in it, then call Brenspeed tech support and see what they feel about it's gains since they would be writing tunes to support it. That should give you a better idea. IMO, go with one of those mentioned by onederful100 above.

i have the injen and steeda both.the injen is't bad for the stock tune.it's actually the same as the airraid on my diablo.i have put the steeda back because it's more bang.ionly paid $99 for the injen from i think american muscle a year or so ago.it had no markings and they were dumping them.i's not bad for a start to see if you want to go with more later.

Well with what you guys think i have talked myself away from the injen.. The reason i liked it was because the filter is not blue. All the ones i see that are polished have blue mounting parts and the blue filter.. Dont think that would look good on a red car..

you should look at JLT's website, you can order the CAI to match the color of your mustang
