if you buy one used...make sure to ask 2 questions
1. Is the Tuner Unlocked?
2. Did you return your car to stock tunes before selling the Tuner?
if the person has no idea what you are talking about, avoid it. A tuner is VIN locked to a car. The only way to unlock the tuner is to return that car to it's stock tune.
Otherwise, you have to send that tuner off to the Company to unlock it...and it's at least a $200 charge
