Default What MMR parts are these? Identify MMR parts please

So I bought my mustang and the guy gave me this MMR intake and mass air tube with filter. I was wondering if this is the full MMR intake kit or if I am missing some of the parts, etc....

Thanks for the help. If this is a complete set I will end up selling it once I get 50 posts and a member for a month.
