Having done my own: 4+hours to do both springs and LCAs. Then I'd lower the car and take some measurements before putting the new panhard on. The panhard's length will need to be adjusted after the springs go on, so why not just do that second. The panhard swap will take under 2 hours. Most s197 rear sway bars have their bolts installed backwards from the factory so you'll have to lower the sway bar to access the panhard bolts the first time.

Oh and a quick tip: while you're out buying a big-boy jack and some real jack-stands, do yourself a favor and pick up some PB Blaster. Those LCA bolts can be a bit sticky....

hey guys well i decided to change my oil(royal purple and fram filter) and just do the panhard bar for now...i wish i went with a not adjustable pan hard bar though, now i need to go get lock tight for the adjustable part and Is it just me, the stock PHB seemed alot sturdier then the BMR adjustable pan hard bar. Almost like it might bend or snap where it adjusts?

did you get lost up under there?

I've done entire lift kits on trucks/jeeps in less time than that.

that is a pretty good point about the panhard bar though.

Tylus: by myself in the driveway on jackstands, I'd say 4 hours is about what I spent on the lower control arms and the rear springs the first time I swapped them.

To the OP, you'll be glad you got that adjustable bar after you lower the car. Trust me.
