Bottom line is, you'll not need a retune for the A/F ratio. You will however need the tune to turn off your rear O2 sensors & possibly adjust the timing circuit for the front O2 sensors depending on the change of location vs the stock location.
After my LT install, I would get an occasional P0153 code, which was a slow O2 sensor circuit. I worked with Brent @ Brenspeed quite a bit on this, and we worked out a good setting for the circuit timing, it was what he used in future applications. The best solution to the code for me was to simply let the car warm up 1Min or so before driving.

ok thanks a lot... that makes perfectly good sense. Brian told me to give them (Brenspeed) a call tomorrow and we will figure it out... no rush though, got about 2 weeks before the headers get here from getting coated
