Default Painted Valve Covers

I polished them 2 years ago and they needed to be polished again, but i wanted a different look. The pics are not that good.

Looks nice. Probably a route I'll take this winter. Mine are polished too, but I'm taking a different direction/theme under the hood.

I'm into a red and black theme throughout my Mustang. Some don't like it but I do.

Im looking to do this mod as well. Is it a straight forward removal/install and will just a bit of rtv be enough to reseal the timing cover/heads/valve covers.
