@157 - Yes, but I have a set of Goodyear Eagle GT, and personally I think they look great RWL.
@NJ - Yeah, Gonna do all four. But I wanna try something. At work, I have a industrial type of spray can sealant, so what I will do is, properly wash the tires, let them dry, and apply the pen to all four tires. Then one front tire I will use the sealant, and the opposite rear tire I will use the sealant. Sort of an experiment to see if it actually helps the pen ink last a little longer.
Like I said, tracking order said it should arrive on Tuesday. So probably Wed. I will take my care to work, pressure wash the tires, then apply the pen. I will post an initial review of the product, along with take some pics with my phone (:P), then a full week later, write up a post review on how well they held up, and how much touching up I had to do, with pics

Can't wait.
careful with the pressure washing, theres another thread that got posted today about a guy ruining the finish of his rims from pressure washing. Not sure if it was a cheap finish or a bad idea but id try to avoid the rims
Yeah I read about that. Actually, the pressure washers we have aren't set too high of a pressure. I've been using it on my Mustang and the stock Bullitts ever since I got the car two years ago, and so far no chips or damage.
He must have already had a bad paint chip on that rim of his, and the pressure washer just helped. Unless he was using some industrial washer of some sort...
Ok, so I got the pen. It's pretty much just white out in a marker form. I cleaned the tires, and removed them from the car. It was hard to work with. I dunno if it was just maybe my tires weren't 100% clean, or if this thing just sucks. But I kept having to squeeze out the "ink" into globs and move it around, filling in the letters. But it dries really quick. It's supposedly permanent. I did this at work, did two coats, and let it dry for most of the day in a shaded bay. But after one drive home it's already chipping. Sigh. Oh well. It looks good IMO.
Looks nice!! Sucks it is chipping already. I was getting tempted til I read that.

I used to have white lettered tires on my first car. Back then, you could buy a stick that looked like a crayon but it had some kind of oil in it to help it last longer. Every time I cleaned my tires, I would go over the white letters with the stick. It was very popular back then and readily available.
