Like all the stuff Doug was going through wasn't bad enough, but that jackass with the 01 cobra totally took advantage of him. That joker goes to s197forum (ZeroSVT). I want to send out a big FU to that guy.

It sucks so bad that his wife did that too. Can't she realize that owning/running your own small business takes a lot of time and effort if you want the business to make money and be worth a damn? I mean WTF? She just didn't know how good she really had it. He can't wait on her like a f'ing queen every second of the day.

Maybe he'll meet someone new that is into mustangs like he is. A hot mustang chick is where it's at!

This man needs to take a step back and re-prioritize.

Business, money and customers need to take a back seat to his personal life.

You can have all the money, all the cars and all the customers heaping praise on you, but if you have an empty house and no family to support you in your time of need, it is all a lost cause.

I have a tune from Doug and he seems to be a great guy.

I just hopes he take some time to figure things out for himself first.

I have been up in the air about who to go to when I do decide to get a tune. This post has made my mind up. In this day and age it is hard to find a businesses that is willing to make sure the product they sell is top notch. So many places can get behind and ship out the wrong part or ship junk out and say will handle it if or when they call. Its really said the work ethics that are in play now days. Everyone wants to shop at a business that goes above and beyond to help them, but then the secound they punch in at work they cant be bothered with any customer needs.

I grew up that it dose not mater where you work, be it fast food or aerospace, you always take pride in your job.

Doug sounds seem to be a stand up guy and I hope everything turns out for the best.

Being married with children myself, I empathize with Doug and his unfortunate situation. Wishing Doug and his family the best!
Once I get the funds, I will be ordering the SCT tuner and tunes from Bama. :-)

I hope everything turns out positive in the end. I have four of Doug's tunes and have no problem with them. It took less than 5 days to receive the tunes.

I'm sorry to hear all that.....Doug will be in my prayers.

Being a customer of Doug's, I can attest to the quality of his product and customer service when things are "normal."

Man............what a mess.

Doug built his company on honesty, intergrity and credibility. If the man says hang in there and be patient you can take it to the bank.

Doug is the guy that got me hooked on tuning Mustangs.

Thanks Doug.............if you need any help.........you have my email address and telephone number.

Doug....

Never give up. I've always known you were top-notch. You will succeed from this and come out on top once more.

Stay focused. Do what you do, and keep doing it well.
