10k w/ amsoil oil/filter but I'd probably only change it @ 10k with ANY off the shelf syn/filter fwiw...

Good syn oil filters and amsoil synthetic microglass cone air filter on the C&L racer for exceptional silicon filtering and 10k is minimum .

When the moon is in the second house and Jupiter aligns with Mars, every six months, or every 5k miles, whichever comes first. Motorcraft blend and standard Motorcraft filter.

Motorcraft 5w20 semi syn + FL820 every 3,000 miles.

Always change oil in all 5 vehicles every 3,000 miles. Have two of them at 200,000 miles now running STRONG...

This includes another 4.6 (2V) that I've put 130,000 miles on (always using Motorcraft 5w20 & FL820)

+1 although this is my first 10k miles with this set-up. Really happy with it so far, oil still looks pretty clean when I check it.

I voted 3K but it is anywhere between 3K and 5K depending on how hard I have pushed the car and when it is convienient.

Caster full synthetic 5W30 and K&N filter.
