Default 2010 key and fob on 05-09

So when I test drove the 2010 GT before buying my 2009, I noticed that the key for the 2010 has the fob/keyless entry alarm buttons built onto it rather than a seperate remote.

This is the best pic I can find http://www.caranddriver.com/var/ezfl...cd_gallery.jpg

Question is does anyone know if the electronic hardware for the 2010 key is the same as that in the 05-09 keys i.e. the remote part as well as the immoblizer chip?

Also does anyone know if this new remote can be programmed for an 05-09 Mustang?

Its one of those things I thought about due to convenience of just having a key with everything kinda like how my Audi's key was.
