Havent posted the whipple yet. but if anyones interested, and local, you can check it out while its still on the car and if you decide to buy it, they can get it installed for only 250-300 at the shop that does all my installs.

I still hate him for that. I wouldnt have needed to upgrade to intercooler if i had the saleen kit . Hope your enjoying the kit though!

What makes any of you think it's "near peak capacity" in the first place?

People have run 500whp cars on the STOCK fuel pumps and it's worked fine. Not saying I think that's an optimal setup but it is what it is.

to be honest with you I cant believe you would even consider that option. most leave the BAP for the pumps. Big mistake if you do but its your car. Your Auto trans will handle more than what you think.

If you don't do the pumps now you will later and it will just cost more then. Think of installing the GT500 pumps like putting money in the bank because that's what it would be vs doing it later.

Well, I would say sell your pumps for me! Anyhow, if you need the money then you will be alright with the BAP. Just to let you know that I'm running the HO kit with the BAP and I have not experienced any problems. I have also never come close to running my fuel stock fuel pump to full capacity. Yeah, you might want more power down the road but you will also have to upgrade your internal which is gonna cost you. Personnally, I think you'll be good with 450 for now.

If you really need the dough that much then sell it.

However, I would keep them because there been some parts I have gotten ridden of that i later needed down the road.

I'll take it if you decide to sell it.
