My brakes are grinding because I need new Rotors & Pads... already ordered. Hard times right now for me so had to put this off for a long time.
My question is, could the bad pads/rotors be rubbing and making this sound when I turn? It doesn't seem like the creaking suspension issue, I had a 06 Vert that did that, and I know what it sounds like. I am not ruling it out, but the sound just started happening a few days ago the same time the brakes started making the grinding / crappy noise...
Can't wait to get my baby in good running shape again! Here is a list of stuff I haven't been able to fix that should be able to soon...
*Missing a wheel stud on one of the wheels... was changing tires & one of them busted off in a lug nut. Guess I didn't know my own strength?
*Missing a few lug nuts...
*Steering is pulling to the left pretty bad... (maybe related to the brake issue? I had them balanced and it didn't fix it...)
*Brake Pads & Rotors (ordered...)
*Need tires for winter... gonna try to pick some up off craigslist (someone selling stock wheels/tires for 500)
I will feel so much better once everything is working again... hate the feeling when there's something wrong but don't have the money to do something about it!
