Default Reset Remote keyless entry code

Anyone know how to reset and change the remote keyless entry code? My keys were stolen. Ford wants me to buy their key fobs (which I have 2 already) and is charging me $150. Wanted to know if this can be a DIY job.

Thanks

Nevermind, just found out if you reprogram the fob via the key turn method, it completely changes the code and the old fob is no longer functional.

The programming information is in the Owner's Guide.

RKE transmitters are deprogrammed when the new set is programmed.
Thats why you need ALL the RKEs when programming new ones...
Owners manual tells you how...

eBay provided me with two PATS keys for under $25.
dealership cut the blanks for free and I programmed them
myself within 3 minutes.
Its the best $25 I have ever spent.

They laughed at you for an hour and 45 minutes then spent
the 15 minutes it required to program it.
