as far as the people I've dealt with at CC, they've all been as nice as anyone I've ever talked to.. My main problem was simply the fact that everyone kept telling me something different everytime I called up there.. I wouldn't have cared when they got here really.. I just got tired of when they would tell me "oh they'll be there so and so day" and when the day gets here I'm left standing at the door.. and when I call to ask about it.. I'm told the wheel still isn't on the way to me.. thats all. Which happened two or three times. i'm not here to bash anyone or any company. But, honestly I really appreciate Mike for actually responding to my post.. makes me think a little differently about CC. I MAY buy there again. but we'll see. and thanks to the ones commenting on my wheel Choice lol

EDIT: prior to this post, Mike, I didn't have an account on here. I didn't know who you were nor who I should have talked to. all I knew was the people I had already talked to. so, thus, I figured they'd be the best people to talk to. AND they informed me they were "out of Stock" Yesterday actually. Before that, they had just told me that they were coming from the manufacturer and that's all. just thought that information was needed. And, I actually Loved everything about the transaction EXCEPT the replacement part. which really the problem was more the information I was receiving than anything.

This comment alone is enough to keep me from ever shopping at CC. he didnt blast them.. he pressure washed them!

Maybe the world "worthwhile" was not exactly the right one to chose, even as a sarcasm remark.
A real conversation man to man always gonna be better and less confusing tan a typo in some Forums.

As far as Banning members, Mods don't do it out of the blue...
We always consult each other about a problematic member before the hammer drops.
So no one act on impulse or too subjectively.
After all, when was the last time someone got banned in this section? A while yes, and only a very few.

I'm a N00b Mod and I don't have the power to ban anyone yet and quite frankly, I don't need to.
If the need for ban occur, I'll advise Administration and they'll make the right call believe me.

One thing I learned since the position though, is that there are a lot more problem members on these boards than I previously thought!!
Holly schit, some of you guys need to chill!

EVERYONE NEEDS TO THANK mygt500 FOR THE WORK BEING DONE TO THIS SECTION!!!!
Not that Matt and others are far behind...
Aw schucks....thanks pascal!....its appreciated

To all the moderators,

I hope that by CruizinConcepts being allowed to continue with their side of the story, this will allow my original thread to go back up, or allow me to repost it, so that everyone that encounters this situation can have both sides of the story to use as a comparison and make their own fair judgement calls from.

example: After my thread got removed, John came on here explaining things saying that they called and left messages, calls and messages that I never returned....this was very true, but what he forgot to mention was that this was not only after the fact they wanted me to wait another 2 weeks to try and sort things out, but it was also after Alex left that comment on my voicemail.....

These are small, yet very important details that can make one side look better than the other, whether it's mine or CruizinConcepts....and with mine removed, nobody will be able to make an educated decision.

I have no problem with it either but CC already stated that they called Cam in the post above.....if CC is OK with it then I have no problem with it either.....just DO NOT WANT THE THREAD to get out of hand again....though at this point I doubt it will......please no one prove me wrong

I know I won't recommend them or ever buy from CC again. They seem to take to long with the orders, telling you one thing then oops that rim is out of stock so I'll give you this one. Then that ones gone. BS. Then I had a issue with my New Nitto Invo's being all out of balance. Got them rebalanced...didn't fix it. Just this week I spent $60 to get a lifetime re balance for the tires so if it didn't fix the shake I could just take them back again. To many issues and complaints with this company to be a good company.
