Cruizin John.
What procedure? Your terms of service state that you do not deal with warranty claims yet you do as per what's convenient to you from the look of what was posted in that thread. Its upto the buyer and the manufacturer to work out the issues. Further more your TOS also contradicts itself at 4 spots within the same screen view with your return/refund policy....

I agree. I also welcome Mr. Lee to join in so we can clarify everything. As a consumer, I certainly see where Mr. Lee was inconvenienced and I do apologize, I wouldn't have been happy myself. I can only wish I had a GT500 to drive on the weekends and if I had down-time on the car I would be mad myself. I just want you guys to know both sides and know that we aren't out to take everyone's money and run. We are a reputable company and want to stay that way. Thanks.

So your saying that no wheel is perfect? It obviously was the tire and Cam told you that I doubt that if you guys said you would give him a new tire he would have not called you back that is what he wanted cause that was the problem and was clarifed by a professional tire shop with the correct equiptment. But what do you guys have to say about the black chrom issue? Cause seems like everyone including myself that has bought any black chrome from cc has had PROBLEMS! Im done with you guys though I said it before and i'll say it again BOTH times I have used you guys it has taken WAY to long to recieve what I ordered. Like the center cap I ordered on the 17th of last month and I STILL don't have, I had to call you guys and see were it was and it had not even been shipped. Sorry but your customer service is NOT what YOU think it is...When I ordered my wheels I was told for 3weeks yet agian that they would be here tomm. and tomm never came. Sorry guys but your reputation is already gone imo.... TOO LATE

and why was cam's thread deleted? Did I miss something? It's only fair everyone hears both sides including what cam's side! Specially for people looking for rims and tires in the future so they know not to get black chrome and to get everything double checked by a local shop.

Actually ALL threads were deleted. Which is something I don't agree with. Everyone has the right know what is going on, especially since it was publicly posted on the forum for EVERYONE to see.................Freedom of Speech.

There is no reason for me to lie about offering another tire. Just ask Cameron yourself. We are a professional tire shop with better equipment than 90% of the tire shops out there. Cruizin doesn't manufacture wheels, we sell wheels. What do you want me to say about the black chrome? I'm sorry? It isn't our wheel. Now, that being said, if you come to us in the correct fashion with pictures sent to our claims department and your wheel is in fact within the warranty period AND a defective product, we will take it upon ourselves to get the ball rolling for you to have the wheels replaced by the manufacturer. This is not required, but we do want to provide the best service we can so we have repeat customers. If we can help you guys, we will.

Edit- I don't know why the thread was deleted. I had nothing to do with it. I am inviting Mr. Lee to share his side once again on this thread without anyone being hostile or vulgar.

Both our threads are deleted...

4000 viewers and over 160 responses out of the window.

Free speech... more like the "March of Dimes...."

I am getting lessons to Capitalism From Chris on that one.

I, myself, have had NO issues with my black chrome wheels, like I discussed in the thread that was deleted. Not only have I had no issues, you guys went above and beyond to fix my situation when I was in a bind. Alex was who I talked to...... I also had a buddy of mine in a local club that I recommended to you guys a few months ago who also bought the black chrome FR500s. He went through a seperate issue but you guys fixed it with no questions asked.

It might seem that I am nut hugging CC, but I am just speaking from personal experience. Like John said, CC does NOT produce the wheels, they just SELL them. Maybe we should be asking Wheel Replica the questions...............

Just my .02 cents.

Well it's not your wheel but YOU sale the wheel and obviously there is a problem with the black chrome...You guys should step up and see wtf is wrong with the black chrome and either quit selling it or get it fixed and recall or something for everyone that has bought the black chrome just to have it go chip and have clearcoat problems four months later...And for you guys to say that we must "BABY" these wheels is the biggest joke of a excuse wheels are one of the more expensive mods and to have them for 4months and they start chipping is not okay at all. Then for you guys to say oh well we don't manufacture the wheels we just sale them? That is not right at all we don't manufacure this junk we just sale it...what happend to standing behind products you sale? Obviously there is a problem with what you are sailing how many ppl are haveing problems with the black chrome just on this board? Atleast 10 ppl thats 10k in wheels that ppl got screwed over on and you guys say oh not are problem we just sold them to you. You guys are just digging your hole deeper

I think we all knew what was going to come of the guy who pressure washed his wheels. I personally wouldn't have told anyone I just blasted my new wheels with water under high pressure. That case is now documented and stories can not be changed. Once again, if you have a legitimate claims issue please give us a chance to help you.
