IMHO...

They do not just sell a product they represent the product/MFG though. I own(ed) 3 stores and that is the way it goes. You sell a product you better be ready to stand behind it or ditch it. Handing a product form the MFG to the customer and washing your hands of it is lame at best.

I bought my wheels through you guys, and had a flawless transaction. Had my wheels with in a few days, and got a great deal on them. I have noticed slight peeling on one of my wheels, which i was in the process of addressing, but was getting as much info on the topic (through that thread thats now deleted) before hand.

Judging from your earlier post, im assuming you guys aren't really going to do anything about the black chrome problem some of us have encountered?

Also, i would like to add that CC added a picture of my car on there website w/out asking (not that i care), but i PMd mike and he sent me free black lugs lol. I havent sent atleast 3 customers your way, and they have been happy thus far.

Good point Jizz, thanks, but I still don't agree with it.

Me either. Not at all. It is one of the things that kills me about forums.

Blasted! Nice choice of words. It shows exactly what I was talking about CC attitude.

I used a pressure washer (made for car washing) to wash my car and the wheels. The lip on all wheels peeled. The Spokes are intact. Same pressure, all angles.

You are looking for an excuse not to help, not to actually look at the issue...
You want me to lie. I do not lie, this is the truth. I would not have expected ever for any clear coat for automotive use to peel under the pressure used.

GS Admitted that their clear coat has issues by not been as withstanding as a paint clear coat.

I have send you emails with pictures. it has been 2 weeks no responses. This is CC customer service.

Yep, everyone has a right to know. I understand locking it as to stop the continuing bashing because it was getting no where, but delete it? Just lock it, like I said, so everyone can continue to read it.

ya the fact that the threads were deleted was just not right at all, this thing with cc is making this forum look really bad too. Just cuz they pay you and are a sponsor doesnt mean you should just be deleting threads to protect them from the customers stories. People will still be talking, just deleting a thread wont help. It is good though that cc posted this thread but still those other threads had valuable info when it comes to peoples choice in buying wheels/tires
