Default Cruizin Concepts

Alright, I know quite a few of you guys need a little clarification on the situation with Mr. Lee. First I would like to say that Alex did not intend to sound like he was ragging the forum members. He just felt like all the comments were a personal attack on him since he was the one behind the scenes dealing with Mr. Lee's case and he really had to jump through hoops to try and keep Mr. Lee happy while trying to follow company policy. Alex spent countless hours on the phone with Shelby Performance and Toyo Tires trying to get everything resolved. We were insured that it was not the tire because of Toyo's extremely thorough process of checking each and every tire before it leaves their plant. Because of this, we brought back Mr. Lee's wheels, dis-mounted them and spun them with no tire or weight to check the balance and roundness. While the wheels were within spec of being good wheels, they were not perfect(none are truly perfect) so we un-boxed 3 sets to get the best wheels we could possible have. I promise you all that it wasn't about the price of the tire that we were fighting, if that were the case we would have just given Mr. Lee a new tire instead of spending so many man hours on mounting, balancing, dis-mounting, re-spinning and then driving another 30 miles every time there was a complaint. It cost much more than the tire for this procedure. Now to get back on the topic and avoid a 3 page explanation, I would like to say that we did offer Mr. Lee a new tire but never received a call back. We did leave multiple messages and were trying to get him taken care of as best as we could. This was an ordeal that we would all like to get past and we here at Cruizin are very happy that Mr. Lee is finally satisfied with his car. I sincerely hope that our reputation isn't harmed because of this transaction, we honestly did everything we could in the time frame allotted. Our customer service went so far above protocall in this case that even our tire technicians started saying we need to just give up and tell the customer it was as good as it could get. Myself, Alex, Greg and Mike all had our parts in Mr. Lee's purchase and we all were running around doing everything we could while still trying to operate a company of this stature and follow the set procedures. If there are any questions please feel free to PM myself, Alex or Mike(away at SEMA) or you may post on this thread. Please try to keep things civil and allow us to respond as I do not want any heated debate going on in this forum. Thanks guys and God Bless.

Cruizin John.

Thanks to Cruizin Concepts for posting and inviting others to post on this thread.

Since the thread about the original problem is hidden from most forum members, it is difficult, if not impossible, to piece everything together.

About the only conclusion I can reach, absent being able to read the original thread again, is that I will not do business with Cruizin Concepts.

We tried to give him new tires, we left many messages. He would not return the call to set everything up. This is why we can't understand why he would post against us like this. We do admit that there was an issue. We never denied that, but when we tried to get a new tire to him he wouldn't answer his phone or return our calls. As Alex mentioned, if Cameron wishes we can post the sound files to all of our conversations.

I would like to see what 05 mustang has to say before assuming anything is correct.

And ya you guys need to have a long talk with alex about choosing his words correctly because that alone makes me look at you guys like you dont care what the customer thinks as long as you get their money. He needs to show more respect for your customers definitly
