I them on an 01GT and they looked great, but honestly, when I hit a bump, it hurt. The car did look much more aggressive though. I don't know if this helps or not.

I have had Sportlines on my car for almost 2 years now and "bottomed out" maybe three times.. considering that I drive my car almost everyday, this is not bad. I do go VERY slow over speedbumps, but that's the price you pay for the drop. It has a killer stance!

Sportline related story: Yesterday my muffler weld on the passenger side snapped (most likely due to shoddy welding), and when I had AAA come to put it on the truck, the exhaust tips were dangerously close to the ground as the car drove up the ramp at a 45 degree angle (to the point where I had to close my eyes and not watch..).. In order to get it on any type of lift you are probably going to have to put 2x4s down first.

Gota go out and check the tire size (I'm on 18s).. I think that with 17's sportlines might be too aggresive (personal opinion). But good luck on your decision, keep us posted.

I love my Sportlines. I have had mine for about a year now. The drop is very low so you do have to be conscious of big speed bumps. Getting the car on certain lifts is a PITA. I love the way my car sits though, so it is worth it to me. You will be fine with the stock 17's. 245's will fit fine as well.
