Unhappy My Mustang is Looking for a New Home!

Hey All!

As the title implies, I'm leaving the country for at least 4 years before I come back again, so I am trying to sell my car. I have posted a listing on classifieds but it's not getting much traffic there. So I thought I'll share it with you here.

The link in my signature takes you to the post. I feel like I'm offering the car for a good deal considering all the parts (I realize modding the car doesn't add to the value in most cases). KBB lists the car at $14,500 for a "Good" not "Excellent" condition.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who was part of my great experience on this board like MYGT500, Matt, Pascal and Hammeron to name a few. I learned a lot from here and will definitely be getting another Mustang in the future, hopefully the 2014 GT500 with IRS and all. Until then, I will still be on the forums every now and then to check on you guys and what you have to offer.

Looking forward to your input on what more I can do to help sell the car. I'm currently listing it on AutoTrader, Craigslist, Facebook, here and a local cars forum.

Thanks in advance,
Rayed

Curious, why are you leaving the country and where are you going?

I'm originally from Saudi Arabia and was here for only four and a half years (9 years total, considering my childhood) to get my bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State. I have a good job lined up for me back home so I will take the opportunity to gain some experience before I come back to the States for grad school.

I like the new wheels on your car btw, looks tight!

Good luck with the sale!
While in High School, I went to Penn State for hockey camp back in the early 90's. Nice campus!

Tell me about the Dancing Boys of Afghanistan....apparently this practice originated from Iran. I had no idea this stuff was going on....

PS. There is another active thread about some guy who wants an 06 ... Maybe he can buy yours???
