what is the fastest stock mustang? and which stock mustang have most hp? both street legal and illegal

100 % stock 03/04 cobra has the most hp and is the fastest mustang....untill 07 shelby GT 500 comes out.

ya, the 2003 svt cobras came with ~390hp at the flywheel stock

Those Cobras usually dyno around 380 hp. stock as well.

If you count Saleens, then it's no contest. The SR, S351, and S281E are all faster than the 03-04 cobras. Technically, the fastest avalible street mustang for purchase through a dealership was the Saleen SR. The car was basicly a street legal race car.
