Default My car is back!

Last week, I had the misfortune of having differential problem while I was driving on the highway. I wrote a thread about it last week. My thread was noticed by Noemi who works for Ford and a member in this forum. I got my car back yesterday and the dealer changed the entire differential housing.

My sincere thanks to Noemi and her collegue, Erica. Erica called me on Monday to assure me that the dealer would take good care of the repair. It is very reassuring that Ford is looking after it's customers.

Great news for you and for Ford.

It is good to hear good news, we seem to always dwell on the bad.

Hey flash gordon,

Over here at Ford's Social Media land, we have an exclamation for GREAT news - WOOT, WOOT! I'll relay your praise to Erica. Enjoy your 'Stang and let me know if I can be of assistance in the future.

Take care!

Noemi

Good to see Ford is active in the forums and on social media....looks like they are ahead of the curve. About time, since they've been stealing a lot of the new model ideas from us
