Default My 2011 5.0 Caught Fire while I was driving it

I didn't want to go overboard and post pictures of the car, because I am or was a FORD lover from birth. I had to. I haven't gotten a response in over 3 months for what went on with my car. Geico said it is a warranty issue with Ford. Ford is taking their sweet *** time. Go figure! They won't even talk to me, Ford Counsel that is. I have no idea of when the car will be fixed or... I don't want this back after spending 42,000 bucks on it.... I want my money back!!! I am still without a car, you would think that Ford would at least have some customer service and supply me with a rental or something. Nothing at all, and it sucks I served overseas and this was all of my money I saved from Iraq. This is BS!

This is absolutely ****ed up. Maybe Deysha will pop in and offer some assistance. I would be pissed if I spent my deployment money on my car and I was in the same situation. Hopefully things will get taken care of soon. How often have you been calling them?

Keep after Ford. Badger them. If you stay on the sideline about it, they stay in control.
