With all the talk lately about replacing fender badges, I have beenconcidering removing mine, I have the GT-350 Rocker stripe and the GT badge is redundent. I am not really into puting new cobras badges on but I want to keep with the theme of the 1965-1966 GT-350. I like the origional badges or engine size badges, I don't want people to think I am trying to miss lead or fool them in beleiving my car is a Shelby, It's not. Our Cars are a Retro tributeof the classic 1965 - 1968 Mustangs. they share a lot of the same lines and style from those golden years.
(No Flaming on how tribute cars suck ) Our cars are a tribute design from the factory.

I have the 281 DOHC badges from American Muscle, haven't installed yet though(waiting for a new fender).

Jeff,

You are incorrect we have a SOHC, SingleOverHeadCamshaft. We do have 2 total cams, one in each head.
A DOHC, DoubleOverHeadCam would indicate the car has 4 total, cams 2 per head.

I am not trying to be a jerk, or put you on the spot. However I am trying to educate you, no big deal though!!

Love the Cobra badges and have them on my car asI have the GT500 rocker panel stripes and the GT badges were redundant! Only flaming going on here is the flames coming out of the side exhaust burning up the competition....mustang owners excluded.

I just recieved my Christmas present from my mom. 2 sets of GT500 Corba badges, 2 "SHELBY" rear deck lid letterings, a GT California Special fake gas cap for the rear decklid, a GT500 Corba hat and shirt that you can only get in the Flat Rock assenbly plant. It was SO AWESOME!!!!!! Made my whole year getting that stuff. Oh, and the Corba's are HEAVY!!!! (for fender badges anyway)
