O/D off flashing?? Need some opinions

I just keep bringing it back for now, and its still under warranty, my car only has 5800 miles on it... everytime I bring it back, they cant seem to find a problem... the 3rd time I brought it in, they didnt even attempt... they just told me to bring it back "as its happening" because they cannot duplicate the issue...
I think it maybe the speed sensor too... because it only happens when im going uphill at 50-55mph... but my transmission clunks as soon as the light comes on.... I notice I cant shift into 5th unless im going 60mph... but as soon as I drop down to 59mph, im back down to 4th at 2200 RPMs.... my friends Mazda6 auto shifts into 6th gear as low as 40mph... at this point I really dont know what to think... thanks for the input guys, im losing faith in Ford... like seriously... DONT LET ME DOWN FORD!!
