Here comes--MGW. (did you duck?) Really, light years ahead of any other shifter. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

+1 on MGW shifter, head and shoulders above anything out there. I have it in my car with a custom painted Hurst Pistol grip, looks awesome. Anything MGW has is top quality, tell George at MGW that Phil from St. Charles MO. highly recommended this shifter.

I have a Pro 5.0 and like it a lot.
Little stiff at first, but have had it installed for about a month now and it is starting to loosen up a little. Feel is VERY notchy, you will feel it grab the gear. Price was $250 from Pro 5.0's website. I havea Fat ***** shift **** on the top and the feel is wonderful.

I can't compare to other after market shifters, but +1 on the MGW. Killer shifter. The best analogy I have read was..."this shifter makes it seem like the transmission is actually sucking the shifter into gear"......

+3 on MGW. It takes no thought to shift into third, just push the shift **** forward.

FRPP Hurst Short-Throw here!!! From what Ive read, you either like it or you dont, there is no gray on that one!! lol Bought mine at the Ford parts department. Got employee discount so paid just a little over $200.

I totally love everything about my Hurst ST but there are many out there.
