I'm curious as to whether anyone on the forum has gone with any of the Fang Performance hoods yet. I'm mostly interested in the bolt-on scoop ram-air hood. I'd like to know if anyone has pics of the hoods on their car........or pics of the hoods off of another car that they've seen. I'm also interested in the quality of these hoods.

Not sure about the Fang hoods, but my sponsor TruFiber http://www.alliance247.com/default.php, has some awsome functional ram air hoods for our cars. I have the GT500 hood on my car, and I can tell you the fit and finish is second to none! Their hoods bolt on using the OEM hardware. They have many different styles to choose from. Take a look!

I called Fang when I was shopping for a hood last year. They were working on their 68 Shelby-style hood, but did not have it on the market yet. The asking price was going to be around $1500...a bit expensive if you ask me. I have no info on the ram air hood.

Was at a FFW show last year and spotted one, had the funky Fang emblem in place of the GT emblem, seemed to be well made, owner indicated he was happy with the hood/car.

How wide is the hood scoop & or how wide is the stripe on your car. I like the hood scoop but, i want it to split 2 12" stripes.... with a 1" gap... I know the Cervinis 67 Ram Air Hood is 27" wide at the front so it will fit the stripes on the scoop.

My scoop is 27" too at the front. I think they are about the same.
