Default Shaker 500 with subwoofer output?

just wondering if the shaker 500 has a subwoofer coax output and if not should i hook up the amp to the rear speaker? would it sound good? please give suggestions. i have a 07 gt/cs and i have a whole setup from my old stand dat i want to setup. thanks

The shaker does NOT have a coax output. Hooking up a sub amp to the rear speakers is just fine. It's lot easier and the sound is not audiblydifferent for a sub that's going to be in the trunk

I hooked up mine to the fuse panel located in the passenger side footwell. I forget exactly which slot though.

I chose to mounta switch for the remote wire so I could turn the subs on and off whenever I felt like it. I put the switch on the panel next to the light dimmer.

I hooked up line-out converter to the rear speaker, but was told that you need to do it to a door speaker instead as the low's don't get sent to the rears. I'm not sure on this, but just something I heard.

I bought a Ca Profile amp with a boost controller. I mounted the controller in the center console so I can turn it up or shut it down as desired. I hooked up my amp to the rear speakers and it works well, the bass is there.
