Default Is your trunk lid scratching your rear bumper?

I have a 2007 my rear bumper has scratch marks where the trunk lid meets the rear bumper. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? I'm posting a couple pics of my car for your reference. One with the trunk shut and one with it open.

An 07 coupe, no problem here but the bumper has been off for painting custome stripes. Maybe that had something to do with it. Could it be a problem with the verts?

I have a coupe and it is doing it on mine, so not just a vert problem.
