Is your trunk lid scratching your rear bumper?

I have a 2007 my rear bumper has scratch marks where the trunk lid meets the rear bumper. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? I'm posting a couple pics of my car for your reference. One with the trunk shut and one with it open.

wait what? no way!!! im checkin mine, i would be so pissed about that! im currently in for the hestitation issue and they ordered the part

Yep, my 05 LL is scratched kinda bad from the trunk lid.

can it be visible on yellow, what will ford do? has anyone take it in to them? will they repaint the whole rear bumper?

An 07 coupe, no problem here but the bumper has been off for painting custome stripes. Maybe that had something to do with it. Could it be a problem with the verts?
